Define a budget, whether you want a point and shoot or a DSLR, what you're looking for more specifically and then we can give you a better idea. Typically the camera that is best for you is the one you have found works best for you. This could be a Nikon, Canon, Sony, Olympus, Kodak, whatever. Passionate enough to actually hold them in your hands and ask as many questions about them that you may think of? Passionate enough to ask camera owning friends about what they might recommend? Passionate enough to just accept what your parents offer to you and learn how to use it to it's potential? The pro-glamour part is a learned craft NOT a built-in part of a camera.
