Trying to upload a photo of my baby instead of the avatar photo?

Where do I go to switch out the avatar photo for one of my baby’s photos. I am sure I am seeing right past where to do it. All I can find is "edit info" and it gives me a choice of changing avatar photos and using no photo.

Go to your Yahoo! 360 profile and click on the My Page then the Edit Personal Photos. Upload and click the button that says Set as Primary.
Come back to your yahoo answers profile click edit my info then use my yahoo 360 picture.

and there should be a place that says edit personl photos after you click edit profile
