I’m starting newborn/childrens photography, and I’m looking to buy props. I’ve found sites that are pretty expensive. I was just wondering if anybody knew of somewhere that is a little cheaper?
I am photographing a one month old who weighs 9 pounds and is 20in. Long
I see all the pictures with baby’s inside of things like baskets and buckets and they already looked cramped. Since this baby is not a NEW few days old newborn what type of props can I use to photograph the baby in and what size or length does the props need to be?
I do not want to squish the baby or force into position ( not that i would, Just saying ) Choice of better words would be "I do not want the props to be too small for the baby and be left with nothing to use."
I have looked on the internet and the props cost anywhere from 5-0. I am trying to figure out a way to make one myself. If you have an ideas, suggestions, products, etc to help me out I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
I’m planning to open up my own photography shop not for selling supplies but for selling photo’s and doing professional photo shoots for people like taking photos of babies or pets or weddings and things just being a photographer like but i need some supplies ive already got the obvious need – a camera- but i need one of those white sheets that goes in the background of shots but i can’t remember the name of it and a flash and a tri-pod and props to use in the backgrounds

I was just wondering wether or not i should put an ad in the local classifieds. I am pretty new at photography- but i think ive got the talent and passion to back it up. I recently bought myself a Dslr, and ive got two professional editing programs. Im thinking about doing some baby photography. Could i charge, even a small fee? I have been practicing on family and friends, as well as my own 5 month old. I have a Bunch of great easter props.

I am an amateur photographer. Looking to make a few dollars on the side photography mostly kids and babies. I have been trying to find a place to buy props like the giant cupcake and conversation hearts. Any ideas?

Where can I find a flower bed blanket like what Anne Geddes uses to pose babies on?? Something to lay a baby on with roses, etc.
And what other easy to make props can I use for child/ baby photography?
