I’m starting a photography business and everything has been really easy and alot of fun. EXCEPT, picking a name. thats where i need your help.

p.s. i photograph everything, from Go-Go Dancers hard at work to baby showers. 
i am new to photography and i am wondering how do you get a photograph with just one section in colour and the rest in black and white?? you know, say it is a black and white photo of a baby and just their hat is in colour or just their eyes are…..i do some photoshopping at home on my computer and was wondering what type of software is avalable for this and/or what is the official term for this being done in photographs?
I’m an amateur photographer and am doing a wedding this spring. I’m so excited, as this will be my first wedding to photograph.
Does anyone have any tips/advice? What have you seen in wedding photography that you really like? What have you seen that you disliked?
Im just about to leave college and really intertested in becoming a photographer. Im mostly interested in going to Football matches (UK) and Music gigs.
So i wanted to know how do you gain passes for these events?
Would i have to be part of a company ? or Freelance. And who would give out the passes, Newspapers ? Oragnisers ? Photograph Companys

its a single photograph
My wife wants to create derivative art from a photograph on the internet. We have contacted the photographer about using it, and he seems willing to let her for a percentage of sales. We have no problem doing this since it seems to be the normal thing. What we do not know, is what a fair percentage for the photographer is? Are there any artists or photographers who could give us an idea so we don’t get taken, but also don’t stiff the photographer?
I am just starting out in equine photography industry. I know that some horse events (dressage, jumping, racing, etc.) have official photographers. How does one become an official photographer? I am hoping to go to some race tracks and horse shows this summer and photograph them.
I absolutely love to take nature photography. I feel like my work is good enough to sell, and I would like to give it a try on ebay. I don’t want anyone to steal my images from there though so I am wondering what the best way is to copyright my material. I’ve seen people put a word over the image so people won’t want to try to take the image off the site to use as their own. Also, If someone does buy one of my pics, how do I copyright the actual photograph?
How does a photographer protect the rights to their photograph? Do they copyright it or is there a process to proving rights?
When selling rights how to photographers do it? Do they charge just for one use, for ownership of the pics, for rights to use but they don’t own the pic, how does it work?
I’m trying to think of a good pose and a setting for a black&white photograph of my daughter, any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
