I have two SLRs but I don’t have a Dslr yet. I am pretty good at taking pictures and have quite a bit of knowledge about photography already and have been into it for about 10 years now.Although, I want to do more with it like start using models and doing fashion photography. Eventually I would like to be able to learn how to sell my photography and start my own business. Does anybody have any suggestions with how to get started.

Im in 9th grade and my school always tells us that we should think about what we want to do when we get out of high school and I really want to be a wedding photographer. What can I start doing now to be a wedding photographer. I don’t want to start my own business, just work through a wedding photography company. Are there any courses I can take or classes or anything I can start doing to get me to an early start?

I’m in high school still so i haven’t made up my mind yet but i really think i would like to be a photographer because it is always something new with it. i don’t think i’d like to be like a newspaper one or anything like that. i think i would like to have my own business like a big studio for things like senior pictures mainly with lots of set ups for cool background scenes. what should i major in to reach this goal?

I’m a new photography and I’m trying to get my own business started. I would like to use the word portraits or photography, but don’t want to use my name. I want something very unique but easy to remember. I will be photographing everything from babies, maternity and seniors to weddings and engagements. Any ideas will help! (:

I am an amature digital photographer who has a lot of natural talent and would love to start my own business as a digital photographer without going to college. I want to do nature, outdoor, portrait, and artistic digital photography for people or businesses where I live in Kalispell, Montana. I have already taken over 200 outdoor digital photographs to build my own portfolio so my future clients can see my talent and skill with a digital camera. What I need to do now is market my skills and talents, find a need and demand for digital photographers in my town, find clients, and make a living with my own digital photography business.
