He is not satisfied with the images (too many close ups and not one full body shots) and the photographer was very rude on the wedding day. His video is low quality (you can hear the camera man talking). The day was ruined and he is not satisfied. Can he get his money back?
Is there any legal action he can take. He paid a lot of money and was taken advantage of.
I assume they outsourced to another photographer.

i know every hospital is different, but what is the ruff estimate of the baby photos for when they are born? i realize this is a stupid question but i need to save money before she is born in 3 weeks. i called the hospital and all i was told was i would receive forms when i am at the hospital.
I tried researching, couldn’t find much. I even looked up previous questions asked on here about it, but there wasn’t a whole lot. Some folks said it was a scam, but didn’t provide a lot of detail.
So, has anyone heard of this? My knee jerk reaction is that it is a scam. They supposedly selected my baby’s photo to be in a book and want my ‘permission’ to publish his picture.
They havn’t asked for money yet.. but they do provide an order form for the alleged book. I considered just consenting to having his picture in it, but not reqesting a copy/paying for anything. What do you think?

My husband and I hired a photographer for our wedding. Our package included digital copies of all prints via a DVD, four large prints, and one photobook (similar to a photo album).
We paid half when we signed the contract, the other half when we viewed and received the edited digital photos on DVD. We were told we’d receive the photobook within a month. We were told that at the end of July and we haven’t heard from the photographer since despite numerous phone calls and emails.
How do I take legal action in order to get either my photobook & prints or a portion of my money back?
I’m a young photographer. I have a Nikon D60, a flash, a 55-200mm lens and am getting some collapsible reflectors. I have a real gift for the art, and know how to get professional looking photos. I have never done work for money, but thought about sending a news letter out to let people know that I’m available to do portraits.
How much should I charge and on what basis, hour, prints or both?

We live in the U.S. and got married in the UK last year and have yet to receive all that we were promised (and contracted) by our wedding photographer. We received prints but we were supposed to get the file of all the photos on CD with copyrights and a DVD of our photos put to music we chose along with a couple points of video throughout the day. What should we do next? He will not answer our calls or emails. We are to the point of hiring a lawyer to either get our money back or hopefully get what we paid for.
