I am a new photographer and I am looking to kinda put my foot in the door.. I’m looking to see maybe around what I should charge and stuff.
The camera I am currently using is a Canon Powershot SX10 IS
and I use Paintshop X2 also right now
i am currently attending the art institute online for a BA in Photography.
My camera isnt some lil P&S … look it up…

Where on the internet do I find sample limited model/photographer/agency release form templates?

I am looking for online model/photographer/agency limited release forms (templates) that are on behalf of the protection of the model.
More specifically, I am looking to find a template that looks out for the privacy of the model such as in the case of selling/blanketing images without the models permisson.

Should i start my own photography website?

I’ve always wanted to have my own site with my photography. I am in the amateur stages of being a photographer but still working on becoming better. Might minor it too. Anyway, is it best to wait until i’m really really good-probably after college (2yrs left ) to start one or can i start one with my amateur looking images? Will i be able to get ads on there for profit? Thanks!!!

A friend paid a top photographer a lot of money and the photos are horrible?

He is not satisfied with the images (too many close ups and not one full body shots) and the photographer was very rude on the wedding day. His video is low quality (you can hear the camera man talking). The day was ruined and he is not satisfied. Can he get his money back?
Is there any legal action he can take. He paid a lot of money and was taken advantage of.
I assume they outsourced to another photographer.

My dream in life is to become a photographer for national geographic! i would love to be able to be the person that films the footage for movies like Life and shows on national geographic channel, or photograph the images for wildlife in national geographics magezines. im 15, and i have no idea how to "apply" for this job. like, how do i get hired? im not planning to try to be hired at my age right now obviously, but i would like to know because im starting to think about future plans.

I have been presented with an opportunity to sell my photography work in a mens salon. I am curious to know what type of images should i try to sell to men? (keeping in mind that are mainly metro’s).
