I recently just got into photography and have a question that i cant seem to find an answer to. I am wondering if anyone knows the laws of topless toddlers in photography. I have been told by some that boys can be topless at any age but girls cant be after the age of nine months. Is this true. Would it really be considered pornagraphy if i took a picture of a baby girl in a diaper. I personally wouldnt do it for any child over two but under i would not understand how it could be bad.

My sister is going to give birth to a baby girl soon, and I want to get the best pictures that I can with the camera that I have. I own a Nikon D40, with no additional lenses. My question would be, what settings should I set my camera to so that I can take the best picture I can of a baby.? Please help.!!
