I know about the National Geographic kids one. But when I search "photo contests for kids" on google, sights come up about photo contests OF kids and babies. Please give links to photography contests for kids that are free to enter. Thank you!
Does anyone know where I can find baby photo contests that are legit and not looking for .. you know, "modeling" babies?
Money is fine, but college scholarships are preferred. Anything else is cool too..

I am an amateur photographer. Looking to make a few dollars on the side photography mostly kids and babies. I have been trying to find a place to buy props like the giant cupcake and conversation hearts. Any ideas?
I have a photography studio, with the posing stools and all, but do not have the equipment to do babies, but a customer wants her 5month old grandson to have his picture made for Easter with a bunny or dog or something. What kind of kiddie-chairs or posers could I use? I made the suggestion of getting a car seat and putting a nice baby blanket over it, but my husband said that was tacky. 
Any suggestions??
Would a photography package be a good idea for a gift for a new baby?
My fiances brother and sister in law are due any day now for their first baby. For the baby shower, I purchased items off the registry but I also have been wanting to give them another gift when the baby arrives. I purchased three little outfits but I was also considering buying a photography package from a local photographer whose work is just fabulous. Is this a tacky or rude gift? I’m sure that at some point they will want to have photographs taken of the baby within the first few months… I want to give them something that they will be able to treasure and always have… The photographer did my engagement pictures and is wonderful and easy to work with… but I’m worried it could be viewed as shrewd to pick out the photographer and everything… I purchased photography sessions as a family Christmas present a few years ago and everyone loved the idea… For moms to be or moms in general, would this be an accepted gift?
Everything has already been purchased of their registry. They have been VERY blessed to have wonderful people around them… As I stated, I purchased three outfits that they will be getting when the baby arrives… They aren’t newborn sizes either–they are for the winter… I spent well over 0 for the registry gifts alone I just thought a photography package would be nice…
For the person that I said "I am up to something"… What in the lords name are you talking about? I am trying to give them a GIFT of a photography session so THEY can have proffesional photographs taken of their child. It is very common to have pictures of your infants taken (my parents did it 20 some years ago) and all my friends with babies have done it too. I’m not trying to "make a buck" off a baby… I’m trying to give them a GIFT. Dear lord!
My newborn is a week old and is about 10 lbs 5 oz. He drinks roughly 3-4 oz and has been sleeping almost 7 hours at a time. Is this ok? I know he is big for his size, so comparing babies about the same size.

I was given a brand new Maclaren Quest stroller at my baby shower. Except the stroller is meant for babies 3 months and up. I was wondering if there are any tricks or things I can buy to use this stroller for my newborn when she’s born, until she makes 3 months.

Where can I find a flower bed blanket like what Anne Geddes uses to pose babies on?? Something to lay a baby on with roses, etc.
And what other easy to make props can I use for child/ baby photography?
