I am curious. I am interested in Photography. I don’t have alot of money for schooling. How much would a Certified Photographer earn in compared to a Photographer with Bachelors degree?

There is no such thing as a certified photographer that I know off. I know the ppa does have some kind of membership level certification just for them. You don’t have to go to school for photography. You could work with an experienced photographer and learn the trade. It is as important to learn the business and law of the profession as it is to know the art. Many community colleges have great associate programs in photography. That would still be a good start to learn the craft. Look into grants and other sources to fund your education. This is not an easy industry a degree is always good to have. http://www.ppa.com
Check out the Occupational Outlook Handbook.

What the heck is a ‘certified’ photographer?
Is that some government stamp like certified grade ‘A’ beef?
I must have stepped out of the line when they were certifying us.
.
Certified photographer??? what is one of them when they are at home??
It matters not a jot what piece of paper they have, it is how good they are at taking photos, business and marketing.
