If someone wants headshots and portraits and other promotional photographs for advertising how much does a photographer charge. Please don’t give me"it depends" as an answer

As the others said. It really does depend. Charges could be from a couple hundred to thousands of dollars. It depends on who is doing it and how much time they are putting into the shots. A local photographer would probably be in the range of $100-$200 an hour plus prints. A famous photographer could be several thousand to start with.
Are we talking about a guy who you will find in your local Yellow Pages or somebody like Nigel Barker?..
It does depend!.
.
Well with as little info as you’ve given, it certainly does depend. Give more info and specs on what you want and need and maybe we can help. That’s like going into a restaurant and saying "How much is dinner?" Well, do you want a hamburger or veal?
OK as we are not allowed to give you an "it depends" as an answer I will give you a question.
How much does a hairdresser charge for a haircut?
How much does a restaurant charge for a meal?
How much does a car cost?
how much does a house cost?
Answer those without saying "it depends on…….."
