I was wondering, how much does the photographer gets paid for a web page pictures ? Is it by an hour, or by page, or is it by the number of photos?.
This includes editing pictures on PhotoShop and sending them to the company online. ?
I really appreciate your help on that.

There is no set fee.
It depends on numerous things.
Are you being commissioned to take the images in the first place?
If so then you should be charging your rate for the photography and a licensing fee based on who, what, why, when etc.
It could be anything from a couple of hundred to thousands.
You are talking about photo licensing.
For websites, the price is determined over three things:
1) Photo size
2) Photo location (front pages cost more)
3) Duration. The longer the photo is up, the more it costs.
For example, a good price for a 1/4 page image for 1 year would be about $75 per image.
Photog is about right.
The answer simply is – it depends.
You can charge whatever way you want.
Either as a job as a whole
for the photography and then license
for the photography with a basic license included
by the shot
or whatever way YOU find is best for you.
you are stuffed though if you charge by picture as you may work for 2 days and they end up only using a single picture.
Same if you charge by the page.
The normal way if you are being specifically commissioned is to charge for the photography (this could be per job or a daily rate etc). That could include a basic license for web use and then any further use would require extra payment for another license.
There is no right or wrong way just as there is no answer to your "how much" question.
It is down to negotiation between the photographer and client.
Well, it is called a freelancing work or paid photography. There is no limited money , it totally depend on the types of photo, no. of photos, photo size, pixel quality , how much do you want, etc. it will be all decide by you and photographer, no other person can assure you about it. But I want to assure you that you will get a good amount of money in photography work if you manage to provide quality work, in the photography work quality matters.
