How does one become a professional photographer?

I love photography.
I am ADDICTED to it.
Sometimes my friends ask me to print some of my art for them.
I would like to become a professional photographer.
How would I do that?

Easy, make the majority of your income from photography.
To be able to do that though you have to be a good photographer who can produce the goods every time, you also need to know about business, marketing etc etc etc.
