How do you take a picture of someone wearing glasses without a reflection of the photographer?

In magazines there are adds with women wearing sunglasses, but on the lens there is no reflection of the photographer. How is this done?
Thankyou so much Chris! That really helps! And for people who said photoshop, I have it, and there is no simple way to remove a reflection. You can remove glare without much difficulty, but a reflection is tough.

Some photos that are done in studios use tilt lenses, just adding to the other great comments.
Editing.
The picture is taken farther away mosy likely, and people hold boards up so that only the board is being reflected.
Also they most likely have a higher resolution and better camera..
i bet they photoshop the picture lol
Photoshop:

Its all about lighting! There are usually about 6 lights around the person, one lighting the hair, the other the cheekbones. ETC. There is not ‘flash’ like the traditional point and shoot cameras the average person uses. So all the lights are coming from the side!
If you want to replicate something like that I would take pictures in the daytime with the sun at the person back, or you can just Adobe Photoshop it, which you can get free online!
EDIT-
Your VERY welcome =)
