Help, I am looking for an Overweight Baby photo from last weeks news?

Last week in the news there was a story about an overweight little boy with this active thyroid. I’m trying to find a picture of the baby. I think the mother and child were from Columbia somewhere. If anyone knows what I am talking about please help me in finding a link. I need the babies photo for a project.

yes he was 64lbs. but the doctors here say it is not the thyroid , i Will come back and tell you what caused it! edit: it is caused by the pituitary gland not the thyroid. the doctors here said the thyroid could not cause that rapid of growth.
it is called giantism.
