baby feet photography?

I’m looking to take some photos of my baby’s feet in dads hands and was wondering how I would get the black out effect in my photo?

Shoot with directional natural light and expose for the highlights. In front of a window is a good place. Do not use flash. If the picture is too bright, either adjust manually or use minus exposure compensation. Let the shadows go dark. Use a black blanket or material in the background.
