Any baby photo contests that arent scams?

I want to enter a photo of my cousin in a contest but all of the contests i find are scams. Does anyone know any photo contests that arent scams.

the only real contest I know is http://bventertainment.go.com/tv/buenavista/regisandkelly/index.html its NBC as far i remember contest for baby pictures… Regis and Kelly Show hosting that contest
Unfortunately most of the contest are just a scam and I would be very careful wher you sending babies pictures…
